This Week's Top Pick

This week's top choice is a combat shirt made for the British armed forces. I liked this find because, unlike the cool looking Valken combat shirt and similar shirts, this one is only $19.97! And it's new! I did a quick search for others that are pretty much the same. I looked on amazon.com, valken.com, and armysurplusworld.com (which is a favorite site of mine), and could not find a new combat shirt of this type for this price. Others cost anywhere from around $25-$80. This piece of clothing is authentic, new, and offers the same features as those of the other combat tops. My only complaints about this item would be that it is desert camo and it doesn't seem to have pockets on the arms, but other than that this is exactly what I would be looking for in this type of gear.

Here is the link to the shirt, it is being sold from The Sportsman's Guide website (which is another cool site for military surplus):

This Week's Top Pick

Hey guys, here is the top milsim pick for the week: http://www.amazon.com/Tippmann-U-S-Carver-Paintball-Marker/dp/B003BNH4U2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1307553991&sr=8-1

This product if the Tippmann US Army Series Carver One. It is a great marker. I have been able to find one for $80.00 at Walmart. Here it is $99. For the price though, the marker offers good quality, especially for the first time milsim-mer or the semi-frequent weekend warrior. It has picatinny rails which allow for authentic customization. Also, this marker can take mods used on the Alpha Black, which means e-grip, stocks, and other cool mods.
                                      Great marker, great price.

Hey, this is the first post for the Global MilSim Paintball Group blog. There will be some cool new information posted in the future. This blog should be able to provide for you some good information about gear, paintball shopping (online at least), and milsim markers.
